Founder, Executive Director
Christian is one of the empathetic and dedicated Founders of Lighthouse Living Services, a Supported Living Services (SLS) company focused on empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to lead independent and fulfilling lives. With over 12 years of experience in education, rehabilitation, and social services, Christian brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and their families. His unwavering commitment to providing personalized, client-centered care is at the heart of Lighthouse Living Services’ mission.
Christian founded Lighthouse Living Services with a vision to bridge the gaps he witnessed in care systems throughout his career. Having worked extensively with at-risk youth, families, and individuals with disabilities, he saw the need for a service provider that prioritizes dignity, empowerment, and inclusion. His mission is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel valued and capable of achieving their fullest potential. Christian’s hands-on approach ensures that every service offered by Lighthouse Living Services reflects its core-values of compassion and quality care.
At Lighthouse Living Services, Christian utilizes his extensive experience in case management, behavioral health, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective, individualized care. Director of Program Strategy
Sharon Leon is a strategic powerhouse with over a decade of leadership experience across public health systems, residential treatment programs, and developmental services. As Director of Program Strategy at Lighthouse Living Services, Sharon leads with clarity, precision, and a deep commitment to systems that work, both for the individuals served and the teams supporting them. Her work sits at the intersection of policy, operations, and equity-driven innovation.
At Lighthouse, Sharon oversees the foundational systems that shape how care is delivered, from designing intake and staffing models to building internal protocols, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing long-term strategies for growth. She is responsible for turning complex requirements into streamlined, people-first operations that support clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently with dignity and safety.
Her leadership is grounded in real-world experience managing large teams and multi-site programs. Sharon has directed contracts for public health agencies, expanded mental health services in school districts, and helped launch and grow residential healthcare facilities across Southern California. Her programs have consistently improved client outcomes, increased access to care, and passed rigorous audits and accreditation reviews.
Sharon holds a Master’s in Public Administration and Policy and brings an unapologetically high standard to her work. She believes that the best care systems are the ones built to last, structured, scalable, and rooted in respect for the people they serve.

His leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to improving the lives of those he serves and empowering his team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Christopher founded Lighthouse Living Services with a deeply personal mission. After years of working in the field of developmental disabilities, he saw firsthand the gaps in care that left many individuals feeling overlooked and unsupported. He realized that providing truly person-centered services meant creating a company where the focus wasn’t just on meeting compliance standards but on building meaningful, compassionate relationships with clients and their families. Christopher’s passion stems from his belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued and empowered. He wanted Lighthouse Living Services to be more than just a service provider—it needed to be a source of hope and possibility for those navigating life’s challenges.
